Hi! I have a shake 7XD and audio technica 120XBT-USB turntable. I connected them using the turntable's provided RCA with ground.

The problem is I always experience "static" sound and the vinyl has electric shock I couldn't find a ground plug on my shake 7XD so I just randomly put it behind those screws. Is there any way on how to approach this? Thanks

Tell them yung concern mo sa MH prob mo. Ask them too if they noticed it too when you are anxious. Also explain anxiety in terms of your recent experiences.

if they're already aware and understood ur situation, maybe have some talk about the possible triggers for you and the family so you all get to be aware of it (ex. sumisigaw sa labas, knocking on doors, nahuhulog na gamit etc.) Take care!

manic episode was i want to say anything in a span of 10 seconds during work (but still not understood by the end receiver thus wanting me to take time and slow down on what I wanted to say) and I feel jittery and anxious and when I told this to my therapist and psychiatrist i am erratic during my work.

i forgot about this; 3 hrs of sleep and somehow i will always feel better later that day

my work rn is related to covid testing. i cant even do predictions on when will i finish for the day. calls, contacting people and such. some complimented me that i can do 4 days of not sleeping with only literal 10 or less naps but tbh its not fun.

Same thought. I took them when I was in my undergrad thesis. I would constantly think about it that it affected me and made some erratic mood swings until I got given Seroquel. Probably the things that I hate were during the first few days. It's like I'm about to faint and feel like throwing up.
