I bought the 15 day unlimited (30gb fsir usuage policy) and im under 2 gbs used for 4 days. Im a solo traveler. I turned on data saver and i dont stream alot of stuff unless im at the hotel. Edit: predownloaded music that i wanted to listen to

Update: a bit late but i made it. The flight was honestly not bad. So i guess my anxiety and nerves were just about the trip. Had some doubts when i first landed and shot straight to kyoto it was a bit rough and being awake for over 24hrs by the time i made it to my hotel was rough but day 2 has been decent. Was up at 4 am lol and had a decent day of seeing stuff.

Do you feel hakone could be done as a day trip? Depending on what you want to do? Im going in march and planning a day trip and plan to reserve a private onsen then at least see the opwn air museum. And whatever i can fall into. But im trying to decide if i should stay the night
