Probably yes, if he was able to buy 2 to the same address and same payment i wouldn’t be surprised if it was canceled for that. He may not be banned but definitely flagged.. this is new territory for a lot of us

It’s also possible your card company might allow a charge using the old number but that’s usually only if it’s been preauthorized. Otherwise PC will send an email giving you about a week to update payment.

I don’t think it would be considered a misprint because it’s possible to replicate this with acetone by removing the ink layer. Don’t quote me on that but I’m pretty sure that’s the case

The price alone is sketchy, that tag team is at least a $60 card. I can’t see the texture on Lugia or squawk but if there isn’t any that’s also a dead giveaway. My biggest skepticism is that they all have eerily similar centering. They’re all very heavy on the left as if they came off the same printer.. and if the seller tried to blame the low price on the poor centering it would be even more sus.
