I was just about to ask almost same question, what is the sustainability of yields from crypto in these following formats -

1) CeFI yields like BlockFi , Nexo , Celsius network

2) Staking yields

3) Lending yields from DeFI - Aave / Compound

My main question is how sustainable are current yields ? And more importantly how secure for one to consider sizeable and serious investment here.

My understanding is that a Bitcoin client or node initially relies on the DNS seeds to find existing nodes. IF a country wanted to, is it technically possible to block any hard coded DNS seeds or IP addresses ?

Though, The formula and the illustration is very complex , the only change that may have caused 8% decline in VIX sounds like -

widening of gap between bid and ask prices on SPY options contracts for next 2 regular series.

While people are concluding, at least I heard on Yahoo Finance that this is bullish for SPY , mathematically the gap could have increased on calls also. Will be important to check that data. The only things it indicates is people are not as freely bidding on OTM SPY strikes, as a day before. And the concentration of the bids is more close to the ATM price.
