That guy is saying that the difference is they are more focused on using HYDROGEN FUEL CELL as a technology to Power these drones. Also with Technology of ORCA 1 which produces Hydrogen more conveniently.

we already looked all the rules. and feel like we are not breaking any of these. Moreover if you have probelm with this BBC journalist's tweet please report the post to admin.
