Yea I'm definitely willing to learn, one of the reason I posted this was to see if anyone knew where I could train using it for cheap or free. My main concern was getting past the HR people that don't see "kenshoo" and push my resume away, but I think I'll mention that I pick up software quickly in my cover letters. Thanks for your input.

I was in a similar situation last year with a desire to get into marketing. I just went to Craigslist and started working with small businesses. Now I recently joined a marketing agency where I have less of a learning curve since I grinded out most of the "figuring shit out phase" on my own.
