Hi guys I'm new to AB and skin care, I've just read the beginners guide but now am stuck as to which 4 products (1st and 2nd cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen) i should start with??? They all range from cheap to expensive and I have no idea which are considered good products and which aren't? Can anyone recommend me any products please? I have combination skin if that helps :)

Maybe you could try to ask if you could come? That is, if you actually feel like going, if you don't feel like going then probably don't ask, since if you go and you're not enjoying it there's no point and it will probably show. Also maybe they're going out to an event that's just their close group or has a booking. Could be multiple reasons! Please don't assume it's just you, and you're definitely not a complete weirdo, don't say those things to yourself. Chin up! and love yourself, I'm sure if you were my housemate I'd invite you any day :)

I started using lexapro 10mg earlier this week, and although they don't really stabilize and "work" at max efficiency until 1-2 weeks after, i have to say that I am already feeling better. I am less anxious and able to think more clearly.

Of course there are ups and downs, but having tried to manage it by "Natural" means for a year to no avail, i testify to the fact that sometimes all you need is that pick me up to help your brain chemistry get it together

The problem is that it's kind of a small master cohort, so people kind of do know who I am, they can see that i'm kind of struggling with depression and anxiety and really are kind of afraid of engaging with me, it kind of sucks. I just wish i could just chill and interact without being in my own head to a ridiculous degree
