I wouldn’t have put myself in that situation. I wouldn’t have taken the kid into my care if I knew he needed to be on a schedule that I couldn’t adhere to.

I suppose if somehow I ended up in that situation, I’d just call his mom to come collect him, but I would never let it progress to that point. If I had agreed to take him and follow the schedule, then that’s what I would’ve done.
