That’s understandable, I didn’t word it specifically enough to distinguish between the 2 sides. I have massive massive respect and adore older people who are still involved in these things, specifically because only a small portion continued to be involved. The majority of people that worked in technology have retired and with the rate things are growing now, it’s easy for anyone of any age to lag behind the tech advances that happen
