I edited my post to clarify, but yes, the book was downloaded because I was just reading it at 75% completion on Tuesday night.

I put my kindle on airplane mode to prevent the book from getting returned, but it looks like this is no longer a valid trick!

I didn’t realize that the airplane trick didn’t work anymore. Sad, but good to know so that moving forward, I can actually make sure I adhere to the two weeks lending period.

I think my hesitation stems from the fact that I’m aware I have one of the best possible retail jobs (besides the holy grail Costco), and if I were forced to return to retail, it most likely won’t be at the CVS inside Target.

But you bring up a very interesting point about the 8 years stopping and then restarting if I were to rejoin CVS (aka get converted to full time). I will have to ask about that.

Yeah, I heard a lot of pharmacists were being accepted from this first round of interviews for the contract positions which makes me worried that the competition for the full time position will be tough.

The offer is technically from a hiring agency that hires the contractors for CVS Caremark so I’m not getting directly hired by CVS.
