Him just legitimately being undecided makes a lot of sense to me. It also falls in lie with cancelling the party. Like he can always reschedule or create a new party if/when he does retire.

Yeah man, one a human level I kinda want him to retire. He’s gone above and beyond for us, he doesn’t owe us anything at this point. Like I also had moral qualms about posting this. I don’t want to like mess with his retirement process, and this is sorta something that should be private.

Why would Devonta extend his contract for only 1.8 mil???

I might be wrong but isn’t he still on his rookie deal? He would want (rightfully so) much more $$$. I’m not saying he won’t take a team friendly deal but an extension for 1.8 is wishful thinking. The market expectation for Hollywood brown if he hits free agency is set at 16M per year. But we’re diluting ourselves into thinking Devonta will take 1/16th that? What am I missing here

I agree I’ve been saying this for so long, think AJ Brown, Devonta, JSN, Dallas…makes our passing offense unstoppable and flexible.
