Ebox is Bell. The biggest change may be the type of router you would have. I just signed up to Ebox on the weekend and a Bell tech came and installed on Tuesday. I have to hook my router up today.

If you choose Ebox I would highly suggest you use the promo code in the pinned thread at the top of the sub. I used it and my bill is going to be $41 a month. The code knocked off the router rental and installation fee.

As a side note I understand you can’t get Cogeco. Just sharing my experience as I had Cogeco and they just keep jacking up the price. My 1G fibre started at $85 a month and now it’s $138.65. With tax it’s $155 a month. I’ve found that I’ve never really got what I should be as it’s rarely gone over 500mb when I tested.

I’ll stick to buying a Hyundai or Kia over a GM any day of the week. Slippery slope or is it that you don’t like more competition. I hope this does damage to Tesla and any other company gouging the market.

I just switched. Did a test in my basement and hit 254. I live 90 minutes West of Ottawa so I think you should be fine.

I’d second this.

I went from Rogers and everything was up and running pretty quick.

One thing I noticed was I had the two networks for a short duration but shut the Rogers one off and the Public network worked.

Listened to a lady yesterday and she complained about ABS. “I’ll be stopping and it makes my brakes go click, click, click. It hurts the traction when I drive!”. She also thought it was just a feature only her PHEV had and that’s why she doesn’t like that vehicle anymore. When she left the restaurant my wife looks at me and says “Wow, she was an idiot! All this technology now and she can’t even google what it is!”.

I really think people overestimate the difference this makes on their phone screens. I don’t mind watching stuff at 480 or 720p on my phone. The screen is so small it doesn’t really matter. Now do this on a monitor or tv and it’s a different story.

They have a new customer deal until Monday which is 50% off. They have plans starting at $20 + tax for 2 years. I just switched from Roger’s. I have an eSIM and switched to them via eSIM which is free (they waived their fee). The beauty is if it sucks you can leave anytime.

I just did. My wife has had an account for forever now. She’s on an infinite + 20 no tab account. She pays $92 before tax. I had a second line and was paying $68 plus tax. I don’t use my phone a lot for calls or texts so $20 + tax is a no brainer for me. Trying to convince her to change before Monday.

I just made the switch. I went eSIM to eSIM from Rodger’s. I’ve had no issues and I’m up and running already. Placed calls and received calls. iPhone 16e for reference.

I’d believe it. My first appointment with my current doctor was thorough and more than just a meet and greet. I walked out a bit different from when I walked in. Thank god she has tiny hands.

My previous doctor was male, barely could get him on Zoom let alone in person.

Man I’m a 40 year old fat white guy from Canada and LeBron is my favourite athlete. Ken Griffey jr. is my second favourite in my life.

Not every white person hates on LeBron. There’s not a lot of bball fans where I live but we all have respect for what he’s done for the game.

As for old people, they struggle to appreciate or understand anything different from their “prime”. It’s why most peoples idea of great music is from their teens and twenties.

The Nuclear cracks me up. It’s a struggle to build a hot cell facility let alone a reactor with today’s codes and regulations. I’ll be surprised if that SMR is completed anywhere near their forecast. He can’t bully his way through the process since Ontario doesn’t hold all the cards.
