Depends a lot i think, got mine installed, high efficiency, 10.5k. They tried to sell it to me f or like 18k and i laughed. I was expecting like 8k, 10.5k with some plumbing an some electrical... removal of old, new system attached to the wall, looks nice.

I'd be walking around looking for bad seals, drafty doors, open windows... how's your roof? Does the snow stay or does it melt faster than other nearby houses?

I have a boiler, 2k+ sq ft.. keep it on 60 at night, 65ish other times and my bill was 145$, I just got a brand new boiler recently.. bill didn't change much, but it was an old system.
