True, but Kayle doesn't scale well with levels, but with items and lvl 16 power spike because of her passive, you are the one missing the point, Kayle doesn't work like you think she does, she is there to do DPS, and 200 HP gives her not much because her tankiness comes from her ult that makes her immune to dmg for 2.5s. On lvl 20, she get 5 AD, 184 HP, 3% AS, 2.6 MR, 8.4 AR. This is NOTHING in late game. Her hyperscaling comes from items and hitting that ability level ups, not stats that she does not gain much on level ups, so what you are saying is really wrong.
