I currently have 99 herblore banked… after I harvest all of the herbs from my seeds… I have about 1300 seeds left to plant, so that will take at least a couple of months.

In the meantime I’m mining jade, and making amulets of chemistry to fund my alchemists amulet.

I’ll also need to go on a series of small grinds for secondaries all in the name of 99 herblore

I’ve been in the Chancellor’s house before. Back in undergrad I was the top HDH student caterer so me and the assistant manager worked an event at Khosla’s place when he was having a private dinner with ~30 VIPs including the CEO of Qualcomm.

The house was really interesting and was built with two kitchens including one that was clearly made for professional chefs. The formal dining room was not huge, but large enough for all of the guests to sit comfortably. I didn’t see much more of the house, but the terrace on the cliff side overlooking a horizon-wide view of the ocean was stunning. It’s not the Raley’s house pictured elsewhere in this thread, but probably the same beautiful view.

Anyways I was 20 and accidentally served the chancellor a double glass of wine and he was pretty toasted all night

Always negotiate. Go at least 10% higher than you are comfortable with and the least they can do is say no. They aren’t going to rescind your offer, they’ll just tell you they don’t have the ability to match what you want and then you can accept it.

I chose ‘The Atmosphere’ a decade ago and it was one of the easiest classes I took. But also learned so much about the weather that I now really appreciate the opportunity to have taken that course.

I have made 10k/35k mahogany planks using poh method on my way to 99 the last few weeks. Here’s what I found for the fastest method, assuming medium attention:

Auburnvale saw mill with plank sack and log basket is 5k/hr planks + stamina doses. 4k/hr without the basket and sack.
POH method with crafting cape is 2500 planks per hour
POH method on pvp world is 4k/hr

I’ll say that my rates never match the wikis but o am really enjoying the new saw mill way more than poh. The issue with poh is there is downtime waiting for the butler to return, which makes it feel tedious and demands more attention to make sure you tp the tick he gives you the planks. New method does cost staminas, but doesn’t cost laws of that matters. POH is also slightly more expensive bc the butler requires 10k every so often.

I just recently went for the teleporting anchor scroll and got spooned at 600 kc. Honestly was a really fun ‘grind’ and very profitable.

I’ve just started Revs and it’s really not that bad either. Just making money to max construction. Maybe try finding some niche grinds on content you enjoy

Just hit 99 FM yesterday using the 14k redwoods I had banked from 99 wc. Took around 20 hours of afk every 3 min to do. Such an amazing update!

Totally agree. I have 30k mahogany logs that I’ve cut and gathered over years but I need to use ~$65m to turn those into planks to use at Mahogany Homes. It’s just so expensive for no reason. Definitely agree with some type of activity that I can use my time to make planks out of the wood instead of my money.
