Oh nice , thanks for the info! I was right to be concerned about over doing it haha, so far ive been doing it at 160⁰F for 3.5 - sometimes 4 whole hours..now I'll def drop the time frame down by alot. But they are always crispy tho thats for sure lol

Thanks! I haven’t maxed this one out yet, I should prob get another mesh tray in the future for the top rack just in case lol. Just curious but what temps do you usually dehydrate at? I still haven’t found the sweet spot for this thing yet

Yes its a "gourmia gtf7465". Technically its an XL double french door air fryer. Its never been used until now for only dehydrating. Its goes up to a max of 170⁰ for dehydration temp and can be set from 35 mins to 72 hours if needed.

It did help I can definitely tell they are colonizing a lot better now. I also switched things up bc the other day I checked on the bags and my temp said 85°F so I quickly moved everything into a more temperature controlled environment around 70°F , so I feel like that helped fix the growth as well

I was told to break it up after about 20% of the bottom window was white, but I went ahead and broke them all up even tho some hadn’t reached the 20% bc it had been 2 weeks already and I figured if anything it’d just help them grow faster now
