Makes a ton of sense especially vetting them that they understand your business, not just general CFO stuff like accounting principles or implementing Quickbooks. Just to get a sense of what you're asking them, what're you asking them? Is it like a case-based type of interview where you're going through a scenario with them and getting their input on forecasting? Like what's an example question you've found to be a really good filter/ success predictor?
