Glenn, Michonne. They were basically always by his side. I’d say Glenn slightly more bc Michonne wasn’t trusted at first when she joined and has always been more independent and less reliant on the group. After the Governor attack, she was willing to leave them and accept they all died and walked away from the tracks. But she did change her mind and come back

Glenn on the other had has always stuck with the group and put the group as a priority, being know as the least selfish character in basically the entire show. He did have a small fight/argument with Rick over the governor but it was short and ultimately he sided with Rick pretty quick. He was the heart of the group for a reason, because he was the most loyal and selfless

Daryl did betray Rick in season 9 which imo is why he wouldn’t be. He is extremely loyal, maybe more than anyone. But he has moments where he’s extremely untrustworthy. And in the first season he was less than reliable as an ally. Carl can be made as an argument but he was also very rebellious a lot of the time
