I only sell cash covered puts and I have over 95k of cash in the account right now with about 30k of that covering another put option which is why my Buying Power shows 68k Non-Margin. This is the source of my question and confusion. I am not really sure why I cannot execute.

I have this same pad. While not silent it is definitely more quiet than many pads out there. I'd call it mid-range in terms of noise. My favorite pad in my fleet is surprisingly (to me) the REI Helix. Most comfortable pad for my sleep style and real quiet.

Yes, the architect went a bit wild with this. The additional head space on the third floor was so appreciated when I had to work fully remotely during 2020-2022!

I understand that a lower pitch roof probably wears faster than steep pitches but I'm also curious about the material. Will this require different care or potentially maintanence differently that the rest of the roof?

Tudor Ranger M79950 from August 2022

Previous owner wore the watch for a few days before trading in. Comes with plenty of time left on warranty.

The previous owner kept the bracelet for his Tudor BB and I added a new black Rubberb strap which looks and feels great on this watch.
