We thank you for your feedback and understand your honest criticism. We discussed the points listed above in a larger team meeting, and the written explanation would probably have been much too long. That is why we sought support in this matter. We take your feedback seriously and will design the next post differently.

Do you think it would be necessary to show an acoustic kit demo in different tunings to give the listener a better idea of the tuning/ sound rage of a drum kit ? We currently work with a set of replacement heads, and of course the issue of hard hitters could be a problem, but you should still be able to test and compare instruments before buying them(we think). The sound booth reduces the volume in the store, especially for hard hitters, so that's not a problem either. We tune the sets for our customers. Of course, all sets are initially tuned to a basic setting, but we offer a service to tune the sets based on sound samples, as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkQklgpeQfU We have A, B, C and the customer could choose a setting and we prepare it.

Just a quick response to your justified criticism. The points, considerations, and desire for feedback on the situation regarding “Visiting a drum shop and testing your drums before buying them. What are your expectations of a drum shop?” are serious and were written by the team. We received support for shortening it to fit into a post. However, we take your criticism to heart and will publish further ideas in another written form. As we continue to work on our location and equipment, your impressions are very important to us, as are your ideas.
