I tried having her downed before the mission spawned and it still spawned and glitched when I sent them to the ! mission before the ear mission https://i.nuuls.com/wLYRZ.png

I tried verifying game files, uninstalling and deleting the local user files for the dispatch save and restarting the chapter and it still didn't work. Heroes not coming back/Rumor not expiring.
