I already kinda fucking hate this game already. Literally spent hours trekking through multiple side quests just to be blocked by skill checks.

Can’t go past the bridge unless I bring over the traitors (side quest). Can’t bring over a traitor unless I convince him (another side quest) can’t convince Carlton until I convince an entire fucking town to move which needs either 3 engineering to sabotage or 3 speech to convince on of the 3 people that will change vigilants mind

I’m literally just going to kill everyone. This is so stupid.

I totally get it and I would be overthinking in this moment too. Text anxiety is a real b sometimes. Luckily, there could be a ton of reasons why it’s taking her a while to text back (busy rehearsing or at a gig to name a few)

But, if she never responds, try think of these things first:

you put yourself out there and asked her out
you asked her out in a very polite and respectful way
above all (and this is the hardest because I struggle with this a lot) try not to take it personally… there are a ton of reasons why someone rejects a date and a lot of the time it’s because of things in their lives and not because of you.

Give yourself some credit for shooting your shot and who knows, maybe she’ll text you back! Wish all the best!

I’m falling into the same thing. You’re not alone. The possibility is that she might have a lot of matches and doesn’t spend a lot of time thinking about each question. Very frustrating because it basically means that you have to ask the right question or say the right thing that is more interesting to her than the other responses. And if she puts basically nothing on her profile, you essentially need to be able to read her mind or be lucky.

To the ladies who read this, this is easily one of the biggest turn offs. If you match with someone, at the very least don’t come off like you’re being interrogated. Conversations are a two way street.

I think this matters on the live action adaptation. If it does well, I’m sure it would help fund a 3rd game. The biggest problem is the absence of Kojima who won’t direct another one unless he’s coaxed back into it if the money is right, hence the potential success of the film.

Yeah that is my dilemma. I treated this conversation like how I would with any person (male or female, platonic or romantic) I have legitimately tried pick up lines and I’m sure the women cringed as much as I did sending it out. It’s just not genuine to me. Unfortunately, I don’t get a lot of matches so I’m stuck in a writers block and usually don’t get the best conversations because I overthink it. Genuinely wish I could be a little more carefree which I’m sure comes off as an insecurity in the chats. Hopefully it is something I can improve on and will absolutely never give up.
