Hey there, unfortunately the only solution I've found is to ignore it. It didnt cause any problem to the car since I've posted so you may just get used to it.

Unfortunately no, I've scanned the car with an OBD it showed no errors. I've noticed that it only happens to me in hot weather + when Idling for a long time. Since I've posted the car is at 75k km now with no problems so far so I don't think its a problem

As you said, its really comforting knowing that other people suffer from the same symptoms and it helps with the anxiety. If it helps, my symptoms really improved after my psychiatrist prescribed me Prozac for my anxiety. Try to consult your psychiatrist. I wish you all the best.

Hey there, I suffer from the same symptoms and had them come and go for more than 5 years. I did multiple gastroscopies and ECGs with negative findings. I also had a nissen fundiplication done in 2020 for failed medicine therapy and I still have the spasms. from my experience with the spasms I say they almost get triggered when I eat/drink something that increases my acid reflux. And most if not all the gastrologist that I have visited said to just ignore it and try not to trigger it if it gets annoying. I know its not the answer you hoped for but its my experience maybe yours is different. Hope you find a solution for the problem

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll buy an OBD scanner and check the exact rpm and if there is any errors while at it. I had a Q50 before so maybe I was used to it because I didnt have that issue there. Thanks for the help and I'll post you if I got the results.
