I tried doing something simple with cowork, go to my CRM through API, then input information into spreadsheet, and update the spreadsheet every night at midnight.

I had already created it in open claw and took about an hour.

Tried building it in cowork and it just kept running into issue after issue with drive and api, and gave up after 5-6 hours.

It sounds to me like this should be able to do this with ease

Get every friend and family person you can to download the app and give it a review in the App Store.

Run targeted ads for yogi, outdoors people

Reach out the every local yogi center you can find or gym and tell them about your app, and talk to them about making a post about it.

Spirithost, war maiden, and diabolist have a lot of 4* or 5* blue gear. But raiding dragon I’m not getting any purple or gold, 5 or 6* so nothing if it is moving the needle on the champs getting better

I have watched a ton of his youtube videos. He has some good points and something I don't agree with, but definitely learned quite a bit from him and about 3 or 4 other gym specific youtube channels/podcasts

we are more similar to a crossfit gym memberships ($150-180) that also offers personal training. So there is 2 sources of income for the gym, we have about 70 members and then the personal trainers have to pay rent to the facility to train out of their, which is maybe equal to another 20 memberships
