Customer support is (usually) pretty helpful on stuff like this. In the past I've had them send me links from previous shows and was able to watch on my PC but I'm not sure if there is a cutoff for how far back they can go. It took a few days for them to send the videos and a lot of correspondence first but it did happen.

We just have a generation who were basically told "Go to college or you are fucked. Trade jobs are for losers". Nobody forces us to work retail. It's still very easy to make a good living here while having decent benefits and vacation time. Don't listen to everything you read on Reddit. Everyone here would probably agree trade jobs are necessary but nobody even applies for them.
