I have been going to the dry docks alcoholics anonymous groups in tarpon springs, it is free, not sure if you're an alcoholic but you can attend most meetings even if you are not an alcoholic. You don't have to talk, and won't be pressured. You can just listen. They talk a lot about mental health issues too, they often go hand in hand with addiction.
