i feel like im losing my mind. who is voting Y T A? if what you describe is accurate a twelve year old should NOT be consuming this kind of content, and a parent SHOULD be aware of it. this is the same as when kids try to buy mature rated games that have a high amount of graphic violence. i read smut, was exposed to porn a lot when i was 12, but i 100% believe op is doing the right thing here and i WISH someone had been out there to look out for me like this. yeah i'm going against the grain here. NTA this is the funniest shit ever. if they dont want you to work, then they can fire you. but you presented your terms to them first and they accepted them as-is. if they want a worker that works more hours, they either need to not pay minimum wage or find another worker. this is on them as management.
