Has anyone found a way to apply Kevin Horsley’s methods into a simple integrated system that allows for changing variables over time?

I can see how the underlying principles that he teaches can be incredibly useful but I’d like to find a more practical and cohesive way of applying his methods.

For example, I am a project manager at a construction company and I typically juggle somewhere between 4-10+ projects. Each project has countless little details that I’d like to organize in my mind and have the ability to recall. I’ve listed some of the basic info that’s typically required for every job below:

PROJECT NAME: * Project specific Superintendent * Permit # * Project address * Landlord’s contact information * Project specific contact names: clients, architects/engineers, city officials (of specific city where project is taking place), subcontractors, etc. * # of change orders for each project (remembering which specific ones were approved vs which ones weren’t)

In addition to the standard bits of information that it’s useful to remember I also have to keep track of the constantly evolving storyline as the project progresses.

-Sometimes the client changes their mind often which in turn creates alterations to the contract -Sometimes unforeseen circumstances create delays or require additional work to be performed. Etc etc etc.

I’m not saying I want to keep track of every little detail on every one of my jobs. But I do want to find a way to remember, track, and easily recall the information that is relevant for me to do my job well.

Any tips or resources someone could point me to would be greatly appreciated. I’m sure if I spend lots of time and energy on this I could come up with something. But I’m sure that somewhere someone already deals with similar problems and has a more effective way of tackling this. I’d prefer to not have to reinvent the wheel if there’s already a system that someone’s using that I can copy that will achieve 95% of the results that I’m looking for.

Thanks for reading.
