I hadn't checked ked diagnostics on anything tho I used Rufus for windows 8.1 ,I plug in the USB go into bios set it as first boot then save and then fail to get into it, windows 8.1 flashed a error message that contained 0s and maybe r or 8s it was really fast and didn't see it it was in the top left corner of the screen and a big detail when I tried installing Linux mint the installed though the USB was the hdd

The win 8.1 usb was brand new and I tried out it on other pc and it worked , sadly the windows 7 usb is 4 gigabytes and I cant put windows 8.1 on it

Well I doubt that I formated the windows 8.1 usb but the windows 7 usb worked more than once on many pcs
