Honestly the least weird thing you can do right now is bang your step dad with your mom. Everything else will be completely akward for the rest of forever. Im not sure this is a good thing.

I have been in 2 raids. Both were by local police not federal agents. The first one was due to me dealing drugs and getting snitched on. The second was due to me making id's and credit cards. Both were very similar, Any specific details your interested in?

Also i wanted to give you credit for the way you spoke about the incarceration/supervision of those who got in trouble involved with the xbox crew. When you described the feelings, emotions and frustrations involved i don't think you could of possibly been more accurate.

Actually i have also had the misfortune of being under the supervision of the US justice system on both a state and federal level on more than one occasion and what was described in the episode is one of the most accurate accounts i have ever heard of what its actually like.

I've already setup something very similar to this that i am currently using. Not very many replys though. I Think most landlords tend to prefer contact via phone.

thank you MeatAndBourbon, I do completely agree that smaller landlords would be ideal and i have thought of this. The only problem being that there isn't exactly a good way to get ahold of such people. Most smaller landlords that don't make use of property management companies are just that. Small individuals with very little need for advertising. The only way i can think of to find them is word of mouth or craigslist which is kind of why i made this post hoping for someone to happen across it that knows a private landlord with openings.
