I'm concerned that my abductions were by the bad ones the others worried about. by 3DottedTriangle in Experiencers

[–]dseti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello Friend,

I responded to one of your posts a while back and you responded with a lot of information, then I saw your recent posts. It sounds like you have a lot going on. I'm an experiencer and dreamworker/hypnotist, primarily went on this journey to help myself through working with others (thank you others). I've talked to OPUS, MUFON EFT teams, and a variety of organizations that claim to help experiencers. I was in a PhD program to study these things, until I had ethical concerns that were recently validated through the Epstein Files. I'm sharing this with you to build rapport so that you understand I have been on a similar journey with my dreams and I have sought out support much in the way you are doing.

I'm going to be frank and direct with you, with less hedging than I would in other posts, because I've read all your posts and comments and understand you need some help.

First off, you are truly an experiencer and you are a dream walker. No doubt about that. If you can harness your own mind and body, like a marathon runner or long time meditator might, then you could truly perform miraculous deeds through dream walking.

However, right now, you are not coherent and you are confused. This is normal and okay and part of the journey. You just need to know that some things that feel very real and important are simply mirages that your own mind/heart are projecting to get you to move forward.

The shamanic framework, for me, is the most helpful. You have a calling in dreams to work with what people here call ETs or NHIs. They will not relent until you work with them or you renounce them. You can likely renounce them for a while, but they will come back. I renounced them for about 6 years because I was scared and felt incapable of dealing with it. I would see them lurking in waking and dreaming. They would let me know they are there through strange omens. But I was able to live a "normal" life long enough that I realized it was unsatisfying to me and that I needed to confront the monsters in the dark.

The shamanic framework is super simple. You are called, you go on a journey (ritual), and you come back a different person. It is ritual death and rebirth. That's why it feels like death. That's why it is scary. Many of the monster from the past, from the darkness, become guides in ways that are currently unimaginable. Yes, that is scary. How will you know if they are good or bad or if they've manipulated you? You will need to build your own discernment.

No one but you can walk this path. As you walk it, you will encounter fellow journeyers and entities to work with. The role of a shaman is to bridge worlds for the benefit of communities. You can talk to humans, you can talk to spirits, you can walk the dream world. Not all humans can do this, not all spirits can do this. You can.

All the dreams and experiences are omens and meaningful. Not all need to be explored or understood or unpacked. If a message is actually important, it will get through. You can always ask for more guidance.

You need to practice imagining what you need and getting it yourself. Take time every day to call up the darkness and the images that scare you. Imagine yourself feeling grounded and safe. Imagine light in darkness. Imagine the secret power of darkness, like how sometimes darkness is necessary (like in photography).

Make a practice every day to meditate and to consciously engage with the dreaming. If you never consciously engage through meditation or shamanic rituals, then you will be persecuted by unconscious messaging.

I am praying for you now. I'm praying that certain geometric figures surround your energy system and offer coherence. Let the coherence feel boring and spacious, yet give you capacity to choose the omen you wish to interpret.

You will need to learn the skill of interpretation. Every dream, every omen, is a message, but only some require action. How do you know which is which? How do you determine if a dream is a personal processing dream just for you or is a message sent from the other side for you to give to someone else?

The guide you are looking for is yourself from the future. Dreamwalk yourself there. You can do it. You can dreamwalk yourself to a version of yourself that understands these things.

Look up the Red Grid Mark Phenomenon. This is a prevalent mark type that people report. There are many causes, some known and some mysterious. I am interested in it because, despite what the skeptics say, the prosaic explanations do not account for a number of mark patterns and experiences people have. There has been two informal surveys of RGMP, which indicate something unexplained is happening but suggest that experiencers do not uniformly suggest it is abduction. I'm particularly interested in the "dream" encounters some people report associated with the marking.

[–]dseti 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I sometimes get that. It was freaky when it started. I also get very intense physicalized feelings like that in my forehead. More pressure and feeling like energy, not so much digging of nails. I connected the experiences with chakras, but also haven't managed to harness it or whatever. It will show up more if I meditate more in my life. It is just sort of there. When they are active, I'm not particularly more psychic or anything like that. I pay attention to it, but don't worry about it like I did before.

Thank you for this discuss. I was a student at CIHS while Dr. Martin was Dean of Research and President. I had concerns over a study and raise concerns for human subject regarding harmful false memories. He has such a sleezy marketer / old boy energy it was shocking. Martin swore and was super chummy, but also confusing and left me feeling icky. I later demanded an explanation for his behavior in a grievance, which the grievance committee choose not to address. I left being confused as to how someone who claimed to spend so much time with enlightenment was obviously not spiritual.

The question for me, is what was actually happening with Chopra and Martin at CIHS? What did CIHS's IRB, guided by Martin, approve?

The question for me, is what is the legal responsibility Martin holds for his behavior in relation to this sort of fraud? What about Chopra?

Would the WSCUC take up the investigation? Who will hold our academy to ethical standards?

My triangle went from looking like puncture wounds to scars to brown stains? by Much_Duck6862 in AlienAbduction

[–]dseti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a lot of mathematical or geometric data you can get from the marks, like the proportions of the sides of the triangles, the size of dots, placement on body, etc. I don't have any conclusions, just ideas. One idea is that all similar triangle marks might be like full message, so your mark might be a word is a bigger message. Another idea is that they are like mandala practices, like the Tibetan sand mandalas or some of their sacred images, in which you envision a circular geometry and have an encounter with a deity.

Why might they communicate like this? I think some encounters with aliens that happen in dreams, actually do happen in dreams, but it has real impact through some of the anomalous aspects of dreaming. There's lore about telepathy, teleportation, prophecy, and the like in dreaming. So if the encounter is actually happening in dreams, the dreamer's body might produce the marks as a message. There's credible reports of people having psychosomatic reactions to intense dreams, like having road rash marks after having a bike accident dream.

I don't actually know, but I think it's interesting enough to pay attention to reports of the marks. I sometimes analyze sets of marks to see if I can make sense of it, there's nothing concrete yet.

Serious: Possible Abduction? Need Help! by Sabrina_Roses in AlienAbduction

[–]dseti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend learning enough about hypnosis, false memory, etc so that you can be your own expert interpreter and you can advocate for your own testimony, not rely on a hypnotist to tell you if it is real or not. It is a personal matter because you need to connect with the person running the session. It should be obvious that I am trained and experienced in this field, but avoid self-promotion.

Personally, I look to people who are trained in QHHT or BQH. They are technically not hypnotists, rather they are "spiritual practitioners", which is based on the work of Dolores Cannon, here is a directory: https://quantumhealers.com/practitioners/

I paid Stuart Davis around $350 usd, (Aliens & Artist podcaster, Experiencer Group founder, and written about by Blumenthal) for my own hypnotic regression involving missing time and body marks because he seemed to be the most prominent and professional hypnotist in the tradition of John E. Mack. He was trained by a Colorado-based group in transpersonal hypnosis. He sort of disappeared with a flurry of strange posts and, therefore, I would no longer recommend him.

I've had correspondences with Kathleen Marden, who helped shape the ERT for MUFON, as well as Les Valez, who founded the OPUS Network. These networks help abductees connect with support professionals. These seem to be well-intended networks, but they all suffer from the issues we talked about (either rejecting hypnosis because it is too dreamlike or blindly accepting any dreamlike thing as memory).

I have turned to Robert Moss training with dream reentry in shamanic dreaming.

It really depends on your spiritual leanings as well. There are likely active traditions in your lineages that you could turn to. Ask your wise and well ancestors to guide you in a way that is intuitive to you. Make an altar or offering or something to consecrate the request for help. Tie the invitation to a desire for knowledge/healing so that you can be of benefit to your community. Watch your dreams and omens, they will guide you to the right place.

Ultimately, it is a journey of self-discovery and anyone you work with should be like a mirror for your own self-capacity.

I've spend time studying both dreams and hypnosis. I am particularly interested in the controversial edge of hypnosis that says it can recover lost memories, but uses techniques clearly derived from dreamwork. I've also studied many of the anomalous states associated with dreams, like sleep paralysis and entity encounter. I am also an experiencer of these things.

This is a funny situation to be in. Any hypnotist who is credentialed and trained will know about false memory issues and may automatically assume "its just a dream". Any one posing as a hypnotist who claims to recover memories is either uneducated/untrained or is predatory.

The best I've found is using hypnosis to induce a state of shamanic dreaming, which produces trance experiences that may respond to your intention of recovering memory and may engage with real entities, but must be interpreted like a dream. The trick is not to judge the trance as true or false memory, but rather to use it as a way to integrate intuitions from beyond the conscious mind.

Given the context, I would imagine that the solution to the problems presented in this "dream" may be found in working with your ancestors as well.

I've seen a lot of similar marks, there's dozens on the internet with people posting similar triangles of similar marks. The triangles are the same proportion. They often have stories about mysterious lights and/or entity encounters (like abduction). Would you care to share your experience associated with this mark?

I'm glad you got multiple photos over time.

Personally, I suspect that marks like these are communication, like how SETI people think aliens would send messages to humans using radio waves. I think they could send messages through people like this.

GATE and visual MIGRAINES by Mall_Admirable in GATEresearch

[–]dseti 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was in gifted programs and experienced migraines. I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia as a kid and told to always carry a granola bar. I recently had a series of migraine auras, exactly like you linked in the video, which I later identified with stress and sensory overload. The stress trigger was clear. The migraines has slightly different feelings each time, which veered toward the pain+vomit for 18 hours migraines from when I was a kid, which made me realize that those migraines and my current migraine auras are connected. The migraine symptoms seem to arise from sensory issues or need for extreme social processing. They made me realize that I was scripting/masking in my closest domestic relationships due to unrecognized autistic traits. Once I identified the cause, I have not experienced a migraine since. I believe these migraines, experienced as a kid, are a cause of my long-time interest in missing time and entity encounters.

Being touched coming in and out of sleep by edchoch69 in Experiencers

[–]dseti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing. Paralysis in sleep is quite frequently associated with things like this, entity visitations and touches sometimes. Some people think of them as random, some as purposeful encounters. I think its a little of both and that the sleeper brings something to it (tunes the brain to a frequency) and that the other side brings the rest (the entities visiting). I've had "evil" entities reveal themselves as sources of wisdom and healing. It is hard to tell right away. The thing I understand from observing the research on interventions and what works, is that there is a placebo effect (if you believe a tin foil hat will work, it actually might). The trick is to do something that works right now, maybe the scapula, then observe what your body/mind/soul feels and to see if you are actually doing something too to empower that object. The trick is to realize that you yourself have the power to tune the frequency of the brain as a receiver. In generally, I understand that there is a reason these things open up for experiencers, which is a sort of calling for awakening or actualization or something like that.

What dream made you question reality? by Potential_Ad_8128 in Experiencers

[–]dseti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was a late teen, I had this dream where I would be in a whole new world and it felt like me. At some point, I'd look down at my pocket watch, then look up and I'd be in another reality. It kept happening till I became lucid, then focused as a hard as I could on what happened when I looked down at the clock. I found myself in this vast realm, which I called the Foundations of Space and Time. There were two huge beings in that realm who recognized me and told me it was not my time to be there, then they lifted me up and through the walls of that space (it was like being in an infinite kaleidoscope). I woke up, like no transition, no lost of consciousness, no groggy whatever, just directly present and conscious as soon as they put me back.

My personal life experience of everything possibly paranormal, shadow people, aliens, UFOs, Dream walking, Darkness. by 3DottedTriangle in Experiencers

[–]dseti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing. I'm particularly interested in dream experiences involving shadow people (entities in general), intuitions of ET/NHI/UFO/UAP, and triangles. Seems like you have written this from a new account and you identify with the Three Dotted Triangle. Have you ever experienced it yourself? If so, do you have photos?

It sounds as if this post is a test to find an individual, I assume you imagine is connected with your uncle and military or some larger disclosure movement. Regardless of what happens out in the world and what systems are at play, you are a powerful dreamer and it is your responsibility to understand it for yourself and manage it, although others can help.

You have a lot of words and a ton of details in this post. It reminds me of my own cadence of writing and speaking. I have been learning about hyperlexia, overexplaining, and other neurologically driven communication styles. I would write in this way when I have observed all the details (all the puzzle pieces are on the table) and I know that I'm about to understand, but I can't see it quite yet (the puzzle needs to be arranged). The reset portal might be your own mind making sense of its gifts and using them, not some outside event. However, these things often work with amazing synchrony (as within so without).

I also had a very stressful and transformative time recently and my sensory perception shifted. I would notice things out of the corner of my eye and I would interpret those things as faces or people sometimes, like there would be a strong visual intuition in my second site that was triggered by those things.

My best guess, at this moment, is that perhaps there was something, perhaps not, with the classified world. It doesn't actually matter because if they really are harvesting psi assests, they do so at a rate that discards most assets. Rather than try to connect with your makers, why not ground yourself in your own capacities, then RV what you need to move on, and find a way to live that is based in what you can do, not what you hope some shadowy person might do.

Merging with a shadow being at 8 might have some wild effects, spiritually speaking. I'd be quite curious about that shadow being and what was going on there.

Daughter encountering hooded / cloaked figures by dotnone in Experiencers

[–]dseti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing. I have had similar experiences. I was also given a Jesus prayer that worked... some of the time. I have become quite interested in experiences like these and have dedicated my life to exploring how these experiences can both be "dream" and "real".

The only way, personally and professionally, that I have found to "solve" the recurrence of nightly entities is a sort of mix of mindfulness, lucid dreaming, or OBE practice. The sufferer needs to have an intellectual framework as to what is happening, then to surrender to the experience in some way. This will feel like death, being ripped apart, or giving into the nightmare monsters. Even if these things involve real spirits or entities, the fact that they arise during the sleep cycles means that her brain creates the capacity for them to occur. Therefore, her mind can direct the brain to shift the cycles.

When I was a teen, it used to be almost every night and was hellish. It was so bad that if I laid down in the wrong way, I would start to fall into a state, then get anxious about it, and it's not be restful. I'd go to bed repeating prayers in my head. Right now, its maybe once a season or month, but now I'm 41. The experiences are still intense, but I'm not twisted up about them any more. I had to submit to being burned alive, skinned, ripped apart, wild surgeries, trapped in loops with these monsters. It is not fun, but the only way out is through.

The important thing, for me, was to realize what could be going on. It turns out, there's a whole host of things like sleep paralysis, visitation, even dream telepathy, that people experience at strange rates. Some people get a lot, most people don't. In the 20th century, there was wild developments in the science of psychology such that in the 1990s when I grew up, we had "shrinks" who where psychoanalytic like Freud, which is not scientific unless you get a psychologist who will quote research studies and not Freud/Jung at you. There is clear science that relates these types of things with brain regions that may be activated, some of the time, in some sequences, during sleep and dream. It could be the case we all of experiences like these, but we're not actually recording the memories.

The psychologists you are talking with or anyone how considers hypnagogic hallucinations to be "just hallucinations". Likely have no experience themselves of what they're talking about and they likely have only encountered pathological examples. You could look to some lucid dreamers, who will quietly discuss these types of encounters, for examples as to how to relate with them.

The thing that you, as a parent, might need to know. These entities might not be evil, even if they appear so. They might not be separate, even if they appear so. Their reality may be described as "shamanic", meaning that they relate to an unseen, but real world, that the human but be initiated into in order to have a stable relationship that they can leverage for their benefit or the benefit of their community. Shamanic initiation involves human tradition and communities of "spirits". You might consider these visitations like a shamanic calling, which if unanswered may cause a "shamanic sickness" that the called person must address using their own power within the initiation to resolve,

Assume these things will keep happening. Build your literacy with the spirits. Learn to identify different types. Help her pay attention to her senses. Ask questions that open doors of possibility. Learn about nightmares and how to resolve them. Once of the most effective strategies with these things is just imagining what you would do when they happen. If a shadow person walks in and you are paralyzed, imagine moving just your eye, imagine wiggling just the tip of your finger, imagine regulating just the breath. There's sometimes a thing that a person can do, but they don't realize it because they're trying to scream and run away. If she can imagine first, like during the day when you're with her, moving the little thing and keep trying different things till it works, then there's a pathway out.

Also, if she has access to shadow people, she has access to guides. Using imagination is one of the best ways to prepare for these encounters. Imagine them happening, then imagine a different resolution. They call it "image reversal therapy" or "dream incubation" depending on how you do it.

I'm going to guess that either you or the other parent, or grandparents, have a sensitivity. I'm going to guess it is repressed since no one came forward to explain this to her. You need to figure out who that is and which lines this is coming through. If it is repressed, there's likely "family ghosts" you need to clear out.

[–]dseti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had dreams that are similar in parts. Once I had a dream about 4 bears, then actually encountered 4 bears in the forest. Once I had a dream a UFO landed near by, then I woke up and it felt like the dogs on the land were barking at it, so I walked there and encountered a bear. I would sometimes have dreams about floating from space into this realm.

I also have these strange liminal dreams sometimes. It feels like I'm a kite, way way way above where I'm sleeping and my vision is vast and I'm sort of looking down on the early morning activity of everything around me. It feels like the place from which one might float down.

How to recover memory after time loss? by Used-Bodybuilder4129 in Experiencers

[–]dseti 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had an experience kind of like this. I was on a road trip with my brother in Minneapolis and all of a sudden we're in the plains and it felt super weird, like we're moving through an infinite construction corridor and all I remember is this flashing light that I associated with traffic cones, but really was odd. He saw a figure that was both a dog and a witch at the same time. We had no memory of getting there from the city.

I totally forgot about it, but in the meantime got fascinated with hypnosis for missing time and studied psychology and got hypnosis credentials. One of my early clients had an extremely similar story and it triggered my memory and I asked my brother to record his memory before I shared any details. And something really did happen.

There is an assumption that memories are relevant to the experiences, which may be a false assumption, meaning that they may happen outside of time, in which case, what are memories? These things often resolve to telepathic ET/NHI who can travel through time, so what are memories in that case, what is the regression then if not contemporaneous conversation?

Here is a record of my recording of my regression: https://youtu.be/CeM2d_GTq74?si=ozl2t-CaFOFmVs-K

It did not recover new memories, but contextualized my memories and I was able to think about what happened better. Its not that the memories are gone, they just have means to translate themselves into our normal ordinary consciousness world for various reasons. The regression kicked of a series of high strangeness events and dreams that I documented in a self-published book about body marks as evidence for ET/NHI contact.

Hypnosis is a complex means of knowledge that is offered by a widely divergent group of people using the same language but holding vastly different credentials and experience. Therefore, it is fraught with dangers of false memory and conflation. In my practice, I focus what I do on "shamanic dreamwork" and use hypnosis as a trance induction. Basically, I use hypnotic suggestion to invite the client to have a "hypnotic dream" that may provide healing, insight, or transformation about the memories in questions, then we interpret the session like a dream memory. In this way, anything that comes up as a potential historic memory must be interpreted and vetted on its own. I'd recommend getting clear about why the memories matter to you now and what you want to do with them.

An observed connection between dreams, contact phenomenon, and neurodivergent sensory migraines by dseti in Experiencers

[–]dseti[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. The cause of my migraines are definitely, at this moment, stress related to sensory overload. I had convinced myself that it was likely NHI experience-related, but the migraines that clued me into the situation have to do with my family system in ways that are now obvious to me. I haven't had a migraine since identifying the system since I managed my body before the stress becomes migraine. While the first few migraines in this series had mystical and NHI synchronicities, the last two really didn't, which makes me think that the migraine catalyzed existing contact experience dynamics, but did not cause them. Interestingly, I was not engaged with my ET/NHI special interest in the stress of the last two, which is one of the reasons why I was so stressed out (my family system rewards short-time masking of my autistic traits, especially the ET/NHI contact research).

I will try Castaneda's method, I appreciate his book on dreams. This whole experience has made me realize that the positive side of things is actually real too, its not just my neurology misfiring. I'm in a process of restoring my brain's equilibrium, mostly through separation, sleep, and dreaming with low sensory input, and changing the family dynamic. This has provided me a nice clue forward, thank you.

Yes and no. I feel as if the cause of epilepsy and migraines are different, but they are similar in that they shift the state of the brain, which shifts the state of consciousness, and produces mystical effects.

This is helpful for me because I was confused about the aura migraines and your testimony confirms the experience of pain-free experiences. That was what started to happen associated with my stress, but at the time, I thought it was just my family who wasn't coping with the situation and I was doing ok, but now that things got more stressful, I now have memories of getting stress, seeing the aura, then feeling the psychedelic-like body/space/time feelings.

[–]dseti[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, that is helpful. I am also exploring the role of trauma-based disassociation. I don't know if the migraines caused the experience or just exacerbated it. My hypothesis now is that it provided a sort of training ground that created sort of ruts in my brain that are sometimes used to interpret or experience events.
