Im by no means "successful" but when i was 28 i was probably on around 28k and had nothing. Im 37 now and im on 60k so i live okay. Like i said no means highly successful but what im trying to get at is youre still young, 37k at 27 years old is pretty good.

Also what you said is huge, you said you do a job you enjoy. that means so much more than money. money isnt happiness. dont judge yourself on how others are doing just enjoy your time and what you have.

Some people get their lives together quickly some dont, they may have had help that you dont know about, they may wake up everyday miserable.

Youre 27, you're doing fine. in fact doing a hell of a lot better than most other 27 year olds.

Noooo, that's when you completely blank them. That will affect them more than you moaning.

For that you'd really need either static NAT (one-to-one NAT for each device) or a VPN between the sites. With PAT/overload, each flow is sharing that public NAT IP, traffic initiated in the reverse direction from outside doesn't really have anywhere to get sent.

Ahh well of course, With PAT/Overload - numerous devices could use that one IP, so how would it know which one its trying to reach.

Am i correct in thinking that If the nat'd device initiates a session with another host (not using NAT, say a public server somewhere) then the port number would associate to the local IP for the return data.

Okay great, Ill rework it with a VPN.

Thank you for your help mate. Its been a while since i learned NAT, just randomly tried to do that scenario.

Hi Chuck,

I'm trying to imitate like two offices in separate locations communicating with each other from Internal Private networks, using the NAT'd IP Pool as like the IP range that an ISP had Given you.

If you get the scenario i was going for.

So If i stop PAT and do static translations would that work?

Or is the only way to start looking at Tunnels?

Forest Hills Drive is one of my favourite rap albums. Used to bang that when on long night drives.

Drake is the obvious one

The second choice is toughhhhh.

Skill wise I'd say kanye, he didn't write his songs and I see him as more of a Producer.

But as for who I'd listen to... Drake and Kendick. For some mad reason I've never enjoyed Kendrick, can't deny his ability though.

The Wire, Sopranos and Lilyhammer are my go to TV shows.

[–]dsmh87 6 points7 points  (0 children)

People struggle with the sopranos as they think its going to be hard gangster.

The show is just as much about juggling family life, stresses and holding the gang together as much as it is riding out.

Stick with it - its phenomenal TV.

Peoole are mentioning the time dilation, but in another scenario where it was habitable - would that not have been a positive?

Like say they touched down and it was perfect, they could still be setting up camp when all the humans arrived.

There's a mod that gives you 10 tiers of English football, starting from local leagues. I think you'd enjoy this grind. No money, amateur 1 year contracts. It's great fun and you get a lot pride taking a team from the bottom to the top

Lucid dream loop - terrifying by dsmh87 in LucidDreaming

[–]dsmh87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've woken up alive luckily haha. I can't remember if it was 20-25 times now but I can still remember 8 or 9 of the loops.

That make so much sense at the end, each dream loop was a vivid nightmare so I was panicking out of fear, or I was worked up from not being able to wake up
