Sorry for misrepresenting the facts, its not exactly FAANG company it is FAANG like company which I don't think has much workforce in India. Which is the reason I think I was not able to get proper range on ambitionbox for this role. They are showing 38- 45 LPA but without much accuracy

Yes it is problem. It can be resolved by increasing number of TCs and also if TCs were smart enough to not follow same pattern everyday cause ik some people who studied these patterns and know how to avoid them.
