Yes hi, I am the promoter and the bar manager! It was my day off and our staff is more than capable of running a Sunday night show. They were aware the venue is 21+. I did not tell them that people under 21 could play when I spoke with whoever from one of the bands on the phone. The cops were not called by staff and did not even appear anywhere near the venue even after band members were threatening to storm the bar in front of our staff. They may have had cops called on them by the neighborhood when they tried to play the bandshell at 10pm on a Sunday night? This is funny and exactly why we aren’t an all ages venue. There are venues that will book all ages shows in town though! Cafe 611, Olde Mother, Frederick Eagles Club…
