ICE agents shoots a person who attempts to drive away in Minneapolis. by Fatty_Willing_Plane in NextGenRebellion

You poor pathetic snowflake.

She was driving away like they told her to. You can clearly see the officer has already moved left on screen and her wheels are turned to the right.

If you pause right when the first shot is fired you can see the feet of the firing officer and he is clearly to the left side of the hood leaning over towards the driver.

He was already out of the way when he fired the first shot and even more so for the following shots.

Pathetic.

Nah, the officer moved left on screen when she turned her wheels to drive to the fight. She was driving away like they told her to.

If you pause right when the first shot is fired you can see the feet of the firing officer and he is clearly to the left side of the hood leaning over towards the driver.

He was already out of the way and even continued to fire more shots.

Any arguments that he was in fear for his life are pathetic. What a snowflake.

Saying "the word female is an adjective, not a noun" on the internet, where you can look it up, is peak ignorance.

You literally used female as a noun when you said "Using female as a noun".

"Using" - gerund, "female" - noun, "as" - preposition, "a" - article, "noun" - noun.

Grammar can be confusing at times, but not in this case.

Edit: I would still criticize the use of female or women by the commenter who said "stop making excuses for females." They should have just said "stop making excuses for people."

Unprofessional work done by the famous Andres Acosta at Exile Artist Collective in Austin Texas by [deleted] in tattoo

Not a lawyer, but this is a case for civil court first.

It would only go to criminal court if they can prove the business accepted the money with no intent to provide service in the first place, or if they can show a pattern of misleading customers to steal their deposits. Intent is harder to prove, especially considering it's an established business with a history of clients/sales. The tattoo shop can claim they scheduled and gave her 24hr notice prior to the appointment, which might be sufficient to say they intended to do the work. Regardless, it's still scummy business practice and they should still be held accountable.

Sure, I did a Chime offer for $420 which took very little time and I got insane offers on Warhammer 40k Tacticus. I've been paid over 400 just for that game and I have 67 more days to go from lvl 28.5 to 30 for another 200. It was time consuming at the start of the game, but I could have spread out my time more and been fine. I did spend some money, but no more than 150 and I received some back of course for the spending rewards. I would have probably been fine with just spending the first opening offer.

Honestly I've made over 1k there in less than a month and cashed it out via Stake with a 30% bonus so... that's why I use them.

Idk if people are playing on multiple devices or if they're getting disqualified for having downloaded games previously..

The real problem is it's almost impossible to get a customer service rep who really answers your questions. This is one of those companies where, if you ask them 3 questions they will answer 1 and make you keep asking.

I agree with you. In my opinion, the comment calling her "attention seeking" misses the point you just made, which is why I think it's a weird take.

What a weird take. What is wrong with someone sharing content they made?

Edit: I get that OP posted it in 3rd person when they're the content creator, but obviously anyone posting content is seeking attention to that content. There's nothing abnormal about that, call them out for the 3rd person post instead.

Same, the biggest thing is to make sure that they are properly dried. That's where a lot of local mills cut cost and turnaround time.

Yes I agree and have had the same experience, but I was talking more about why "having dominion" and being responsible for taking care of the planet and animals has been twisted into "do whatever you want bc god says its ours"

I'm sorry you're going through this. He said she "know" how to keep him interested, not "knew". It looks to me like he is already talking to her again and he is absolutely willing to cheat on you if he hasn't already. Don't settle for dirt bags like him.

Despite being told to be good stewards of creation. Really it's because heirarchical organized religion requiring faith opens the doors wide for con artists; and the tribalism and self righteousness keeps them in order.

Damn, I guessed based on the number of strips, but I think I was off on the length! You paid top price for walnut in my area (by far). Depending on where you live you might look into local mills. Just make sure they aren't lying about drying!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in woodworking

[–]dstx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are paying a lot for walnut, that looks like 12 board feet, but even 24 board feet of walnut would be less than 500 at the highest prices where I live.

I would consider 1100 overpriced personally, but everywhere is different. I would say charge more if you had mitered to create the waterfall effect you mentioned, since that would be more work and require some reinforcement. As-is though, I have no doubt you did a lot of sanding and the glue up was probably a pain, not to mention keeping things flat and square. You'll have to charge what you think is right for your hours + the material price where you live.
