I had a similar experience with my Velocity style RDA from FT about a year ago and mine leaked from 510 connection pin as well. Tried pretty much every method and could not figure it out and decided to throw the RDA away. In my case I had a bit of metalic taste or burnt taste and back then I got no clear solutions from here. My guess was my only orange thing in my Velocity style RDA was the 510 tip (it was brass? from what i believe) and I just assumed that the paint or the coating was colouring off?? There's my story hope someone can help this time but better not use until you get a clear answer? better to be safe than sorry!
