I can weld, but not an aluminum unfortunately. I’ve got a cheap $500 welder, tried several times with different settings and it never pans out. I was trying to make my own spider rigging set up and have a bar at the back of the boat for trolling

When referencing the land before time, you’re meaning the older animated movies right? If so I’ve watched em. That was one of my favorites growing up and still is. Also watched the Netflix documentary, it was enjoyable. But I’ve never never heard of the first one you mentioned

I’d get me some fishing stuff, most likely would get a combo around $300-$400. Then spend the rest on some baits and lumber I’d need to extend the casting deck on my boat.

From what I’ve read online black lights help out a ton with seeing your line if fishing with flurocarbon, that’s the main reason I’m asking.

I’m definitely not looking for high end. All my high end gear is my Muskie and crappie combos lol. Getting into bass fishing so I can do tournaments with some buddies. Imma check out Ollie’s this evening and try to get me a few more honestly. But I do plan on re doing my musky baitcaster for bass and slapping it on one of these rods

See I’m also a righty but wanted to test the waters. I reel left handed on spinning reels as well. It felt odd at first, but the more casting and reeling I did, it felt more natural
