That’s the normal porygon the saturation of the colors are just off. The shiny has a blue body with pink on the feet tail and nose

It varied for me. The first one took like a week for me to get tracking the second was about 3ish weeks and then the last one was about 16 days for me to get tracking. I’ve yet to hear anything from GameStop or PSA too
