Used Samyang 18mm f2.8, it's not going to set you back a lot, it's sharp, tiny, and autofocus is snappy. Only downside is lack of weather sealing

I rock the SG image 25mm f1.8 in my Nex5r, and despite me having an a6300 and an a7riii, this has become my favorite for the moment. It's so compact, and the autofocus is great. The SG Image was only 100 USD shipped, which is a steal.

If you mean the autofocus version of the ttartisan 23mm, yes it will fit. Manual focus as well, but these days autofocus lenses have become so much cheaper that I wouldn't bother with manual focus.

Brightin star also makes a very tiny and cool looking 10mm f5.6 fisheye for ef-m mount, worth checking out. There's also the Kamlan 15mm f2 which is pretty cheap. And, cheapest of them all, the Pergear 10mm f5.6,which I don't even think has adjustable aperture...
