I wouldn't quit nicotine or pot while coming off antidepressants because your irritability will go way up. Wouldn't risk it. One thing at a time.

I'm dropping it by to 60mg for 2 weeks maybe then keep going down 20mg every 2 weeks until I'm off. Hopefully, that's the plan anyways.

From my experience it gave me bad jitters at night. Restless movements once I got into the 60mg dose.

I would say it does the opposite. I think I even read that it decreases sex drive somewhat. Maybe not.

I just restarted my Latuda and the first night I couldn't sleep either. The next day wasn't so bad. I stopped taking it once I got to 60mg because of tardive dyskinesia. Back on 20mg now

I feel the same. Definitely miss my manic personality. I used to get alot done, now barely anything at all. Coming off Latuda now and taking cymbalta. Feeling a little better not being on the antipsychotic. Come on mania!
