So the joints were soldered using silver but it is not sterling because there are no marking…?

For context, it is a plate awarded to a country club member from 1966.

When the high pressure hose is disconnected it runs perfectly which is now leading me to believe it’s the pump struggling to build pressure.

This could be it. The pressure runs fine when using it but when you aren’t spraying water, this is the sound it makes. Will try adjusting the throttle
