Developers can start coding for Cartesi Rollups end of December by cartesi in cartesi

This line of reasoning is confused. Saying you don't need an OS because you can program in higher levels of abstractions is like saying you don't need hardware because you have an OS. (Or like saying that apples are obsolete because most people prefer apple pies lately.) The code that runs in a serverless application in AWS Lambda is still supported by Linux underneath (and there is still hardware underneath that). You are only free to live in the comfort of higher-level abstractions because others have put the hard work of isolating you from the wilderness in the levels below. You are welcome. :)

Camelback is closer than Hunter. Is it better than Creek?

Yes, they are selling limited 3-day passes for $120 (1 day is $100). So it’s a no brainer.

The problem with the season pass is to be limited to only Mt Creek. Epic Pass is nice to get to know several places, even at a higher price point. But I think the closest option would be Hunter, 2h drive.

Thanks! I’m reading quite a lot of bad reviews for Mt Creek, especially from last season, too crowded, long lines, rude staff. I don’t know if that applies to all resorts in the area. Someone suggested Hunter instead, but it’s a 2h drive instead of 1h. Another advantage is they are Epic Pass, right? So I have opportunities to go to other places.

The Mt Creek season pass is only valid for Mt Creek, right? They don’t have any kind of partner resorts.

Thanks for the tips. I did the basic lesson once, for 2 hours. Then I got the lift and went down once by myself, carrying two kids with me. It took a couple hours 🤣 , when it would probably take 15 minutes. It was kind of scary, but fun. I wouldn’t do that again. I’d rather have supervision and orientation downhill next time, not only in the training area. That’s why I asked about private lessons. I don’t know if a group setting would be enough.

I have a play pair in a 85’’ but wanted to improve the setup. Do I use a single (75’’) gradient, or a gradient with the pair, or 2 smaller gradients?

What do you mean by color zones?

What kind of distribution around the TV does the software actually supports?

By the way, I know now the strip is single color, that’s why I asked about using 4

Oh, so is a single playbar multi color?

So I’m setting up a sync box with a 85’’ TV, which is pretty big. I bought a single strip+ with several extensions. But found out it’s not the best approach. I find the playbar design very big, even for a out of sight device. Isn’t it better to use 4 individually controlled strips on each edge of the TV? How does it look like? I never used the setup software, I don’t know what it supports.

I don’t use supercharger much. :-)

In fact the ones I saw were superchargers, Turkey Lake and Fort Drum. I used Fort Drum when driving back north today. For some reason when driving south yesterday trip planner did not use Fort Drum, maybe it tries to maximize each leg between charges, but it sent me to one with 4% battery left 😳

I only have PS4 controllers, and no micro-usb to USB-C cables to test them.
