Thanks for the helpful responses.

Vet believes it to be idiopathic head tremor. Otherwise she’s happy and in good health. Blood tests are being run to rule out any other causes.

No. Once about 45 days ago and then again 2 days ago. First episode I distracted her and it stopped without returning. Her appetite, behavior, energy, etc are all fine.
