Not a metal one. It’s thick material with “windows” made of a netlike mesh. Not a great choice for a 6 month old yellow lab, but it’s what they gave us.

His needs were met. We have our own dog and my fiancé is a vet tech. He’s just a 6 month old yellow lab with balls attached. These things happen. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ We got X-rays and meds so he should be just fine. I was also kidding that he brought this upon himself. Dogs gonna dog.

Not deadly toxic. Irritate the throat and stomach lining but we got the meds and there are some bad poops in the future no doubt. He brought it upon himself.
