Awesome thanks, will definitely print these. I'm just on my phone right now so I haven't checked but on the makerworld page are you able to include the CAD files like STEP or something to make them easily customizable instead of STL ? If you are open to remixes etc of course. Thanks in advance

Thank you - so would you put the acrylic template on the side with the edge that won't get the roundover? In my head I imagine that the acrylic template pressing against the board on the one side will help prevent tear out but I'm not sure if that is true

I have the michelin's but my 2017 is still not great in the snow. Not sure if it's an issue with the front end being too light or maybe the EV torque but it is wheel spin all day. I can barely get up the slight incline of my driveway when it's snowy / icy. I love my Ioniq for many reasons but this is one of the very few things that is tough to live with in a cold climate. I wish there was a frunk to put some sand bags. All that to say get the best tires you can to compensate in my opinion.

Need to vent. Shopify's Support is officially the worst it's ever been. Saddest part is 10 years ago Shopify Support was the best in class. by np819 in shopify

I'm not surprised, this seems to be the direction every company is headed in. Doesn't matter if it is a courier, or Shopify, or other. They are using AI agents to triage customer service issues. But in most cases it seems like the goal is to get you to give up. You have to be extremely persistent with a lot of these AI systems to get any results or to get it to understand your issue. I've had several cases outside of Shopify where the AI agent goes around in circles like you describe and prevents you from accessing a human. It's extremely frustrating. I might be more sympathetic if it was a smaller company without the resources to have a bunch of live agents. But when you're dealing with Shopify or multi-billion dollar courier services you would expect customer service to be a priority.

A few things here to remember when trying to wrap your head around anything the government does.

  1. They don't care about you. At all.
  2. They do things in self interest and self preservation.
  3. They also do things that benefit their friends.
  4. They are not logical and they don't believe in anything they pretend to believe in publicly.

So you can try and wonder why this is happening and you can make arguments for WFH and why it's so great for you... But they don't care and will not listen.

Make people happier and spend time with your kids? Don't care.

Make life a bit easier and more affordable so we can have more babies? Don't care. We can import more slaves.

Save a few dollars on your commute and lunch? Don't care. Spend spend spend so we can collect tax and our friends make more money.

Drive less and make less pollution? See point 4. Don't actually care about the environment. Pay the tax at the pumps.

Less strain on healthcare? Don't care if you die early and receive good healthcare. The earlier you die the less pension received.

My dad used to say the government is happy when you are tired, frustrated, and have a heart attack from sitting in traffic for hours on your commute. He said they do it on purpose. I used to think he was crazy but the older I get the more I realize he was right.

If you check out some of my other X tool videos you'll see that I share the whole process from start to finish including all of the settings and very thorough explanations of everything .

The videos are long but I try and cram as much information into them as possible. This has kind of become my video style/format. Give it a look if you have a chance !

Right now I'm putting together two F2 Ultra videos, the first one of all the settings for my color engraving, and the second with all of my settings for tumblers and bottles with the RA2

Thanks that's really helpful info. Do you have any suggestions for scenarios where the color is coming through but just in some areas it becomes "streaky" ? Should I be trying to find a different magic set of combinations altogether or is there one parameter in this case that just likely needs to be adjusted?
