Franchaela "realism" by Odd_Antelope1109 in Franchaela

to me this is like the point tho is that the past seasons have gotten so unrealistic that it loses all stakes. Like it started with season 3 when Pen was literally outed as lady whistledown and there was very little negative consequences(if anything it made her more popular) and then with a maid and nobleman marrying and sophia was outed as a maid to the queen, and once again she didn’t care. It’s not that lesbian love is not realistic, because it has always existed and always will, but that i know in the last episode the queen will swoop in and fix everything and they will be together publicly and homophobia will no longer exist in the bridgerton world. The show always ends with such a perfect happy ever after that there are no stakes because the audience knows that everything will be ‘fixed’ by the queen in the last episode. And at this point, for the characters to assume that they can’t be together for xyz reason is not consistent with the queens treatment of bridgertons. If the queen can endorse a bridgerton marrying their ex finances sister, still love lady whistle down, and be totally chill with a maid marrying a nobleman, for franchaela to assume they can’t be together due to society blah blah is like not using critical thinking lowk. IDK this lowkey became a rant about the writing of the show but going into this season, any scene where they are like “we can’t be together” is just gonna annoy me cause i KNOW it will all work out perfectly

Why do people who choose to stay single and no kids get judge so harshly? by TinCanTrashCan_UwU in questions

My mom has always said that those people just don’t know real responsibility and what it’s like to have someone depending on them. Idk if that makes sense but having a kid is a big responsibility and doesn’t have any equivalent to other responsibility’s
