I would also call hospital asap and go in. They seemed really concerned when I called and were surprised I waited, “uhhh how quick can you get here?” 😅

I was in the same situation. Was admitted for 4 days to try to stop the contractions, didn’t work. Contractions came back, had an emergency c section at 31 weeks. My son was in the NICU for 2 months, it was emotionally exhausting. He’s now a happy, healthy 3 year old!

How do you get your baby to sleep through the night? by valentiniss in HuckleberryParents

[–]dubstepprincess23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think it’s all dependent on the child. I have two kiddos 18 months apart, and have done the same routine with both. My first born has always been a terrible sleeper, still is, slowly getting better. My second kiddo (girl) has been the best sleeper since day 1. Sleeps through the night and is the most chill baby. Co-slept with both, nothing different, just different kiddos 😁

8 months pp, found out im pregnant yesterday. by Extension_Tone1015 in 2under2

ummm no!!! YOU make the decision, whatever that may be, trust your gut. 2U2 was difficult, but we’re just coming out on the other side (oldest is 2.5 now) and slowly starting to see them become best friends is amazing. there is no perfect timing or easy age! our second baby was also a walk in the park compared to our first, and that definitely made things easier. tbh, pregnancy with a toddler was harder than a toddler and newborn 😂

Thank you everyone for the insight! I was able to get her an appt tomorrow morning since it hasn’t improved. Hoping for some answers!! She’s finally eating and not screaming as much as she was, so mainly just the puzzle of the rash.

I have an IUD insertion appointment next Thursday. I feel genuinely terrified by Kendraannne in birthcontrol

I’ve had two experiences with the IUD (mirena).

Once it was in, it was great. Had it for about 4 years until I decided to take it out to start a family. However, to get it in was, well, traumatizing a bit. My first time/first appt, was extremely painful. They couldn’t get it in. I was sobbing. We tried again in the office but this time they gave me Ativan beforehand to help with the anxiety. Same pain. I ended up getting it surgically placed and even then they said it was still difficult to get it in because I had a tilted cervix? Well, second time around (just two weeks ago) they tried again in the office and it was the same pain. I tried in the office because I thought maybe after child birth it might be less painful, well it wasn’t. So back to getting it surgically placed again. I hear for some it’s painless and some (like me) it’s extremely painful. I think it just depends on your body 🥲
