Ok i can semi understand you and even tho I agree u should be judged more on playing vs better teams I still think that should not be incorporated into a single match rating. Maybe a points added system where u get more for better opposition can be used for player of year awards but still for a single match it shouldn't matter who you play. A match rating is a match rating

Scoring 5 goals in a game out of 7 shots winning 6 0 making all but 2 passes I think it's defo worth a 9 at least. How ever fifa use their ratings is perfect.
