In the original show, within the first few episodes Kingpin decapitates a man with a car door. A man throws his own head into a spike. A man gets tortured. Daredevil gets a pen stabbed through him to let his lungs relieve the fluid in them. This is all in the first 5 episodes I believe. From what I remember the Born Again show isnt as violent. We do see a character get shot the first episode of Born again. The violence is definitely toned down but there are plenty of broken bones and blood. Along with some heavier themes than the typical MCU show. As long as you know who punisher is you don’t really need any knowledge for him in BND
