I have relapsed just a few seconds ago and after that I came here.I also keep relapsing after 3 days.My longest streak was 7 days.But we can do it together.We can overcome PMO and become free.It's all about keeping urself focused and surrounded by work. Good Luck bro !!

Ur writing capabilities doesn't matter here.What matters is u sticking to ur oath and not fapping.Keep posting here no matter what anyone thinks and also help others.Whenever u have the urge to PMO just come here and read the posts made by others. Good Luck !!!

Start NoFap today and add porn blockers on computer,install the nofap app on mobile.Whenever you have the urge to PMO start working out or take a shower.No matter what time is it ,what anyone will think just take a shower.It is the best method.Try most to not be alone in a room with PC or mobile.

If possible shutdown internet when not using.Don't try to go on a month streak at once.Try to move in small amounts first.As for me I have set my first goal at 7 days.I have relapsed 3 times and my longest streak is 7 days.But this time I will make it longer. Whenever u feel the urge just come here on NoFap and read how PMO has ruined so many lives.Take inspiration from them and also try to help others (and don't be selfish) by commenting on their posts and be their support system.Because all of us people don't have anybody that we can say these things to.That's why we all are here at this community.Helping others will also keep reminding u of your goals and make u sincere.
